Bivin's Eikaiwa Plus+ began with Bivin Poole's life long passion for helping people increase the quality of life through personal understanding, self discipline and goal setting.

Bivin believed that these character traits, once gathered together, would be of tremendous help to motivate and inspire people to great heights.

Bivin had the conviction that these forces when combined would opened up infinite pathways of discovery, purpose and power for the conscious developer.

In 1998, Bivin started his Dynamics developers course at the Osaka YMCA. This two hour course would consist of one hour of self study in the class room and one hour of physical development in the gym.
With quality being the primary focus, student developers could expect an increase in self awareness,s elf confidence, personal motivation a stronger and healthier body,direction and a life style that exudes quality.
